RECENT DEVELOPMENTS

Our two most recent developments have been Victorian houses in the up-and-coming Grosvenor Bridge area of Tunbridge Wells. The first, in Stanley Road, was a charming three bedroomed end-of-terrace cottage and the second a large end-of-terrace family house in Dunstan Road.

REDEVELOPMENT

Both of the above properties were structurally sound but required extensive refurbishment including: repointing the brickwork & general repairs plus new wiring, new plumbing & condensing boilers, complete re-plastering, moving & removing internal walls, New kitchens & bathrooms, decorating, carpeting, gardening and staging for sale. All the work undertaken met the most recent building regulations requirements.
